Core Tactics:
- Develop and mentor the HR Generalist, HRBP, and HR BPO team members
- Execute on the company’s vision, within the HR department
- Resolve conflicts and align the team to operate effectively
- Provide training and development opportunities for employees
- Handle elevated HR matters that arise from the field
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the special projects directed by the leadership team
- Gain a deep understanding of the risk tolerance of the company and execute accordingly
- Build and maintain an effective team culture
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
